As part of their coursework in ELC 670: Leadership for Teaching and Learning, Masters of School Administration students conduct an equity audit (teacher equity, programmatic equity, or achievement equity) of their school and present the results to the leadership team.

Lyceum Project
This is a recent group I have organized after reading Cultivating Genius in SOE. The goal of this group is to educate one another and work towards more inclusive state standards. The project includes people from around the state including school board members, business people, educators and other stakeholders in public education.
