At the University Council of Educational Administration (UCEA) awards luncheon on November 11th, the PPEERS program was awarded the 2021 UCEA Exemplary Educational Leadership Program (EELP) award. The EELP award celebrates exemplary programs that model and can catalyze and support ongoing program improvement in other universities.
UNC System Awards NC Principal Fellow Program (NCPFP) Grants, Funding PPEERS through 2028
The University of North Carolina System announces the recipients of recurring grants from the North Carolina Principal Fellows Program (NCPFP). UNC Greensboro is among the six institutions that will receive principal preparation grants for up to $750,000 per year for the next six years, starting in 2022.

Equity Audits
As part of their coursework in ELC 670: Leadership for Teaching and Learning, Masters of School Administration students conduct an equity audit (teacher equity, programmatic equity, or achievement equity) of their school and present the results to the leadership team.
