UPCOMING EVENTS
SOE Strategic Planning Town Hall Meeting
The strategic planning process for the SOE is now underway. Based on initial work of the Strategic Planning Committee, along with input from Faculty Council (Staff Assembly will be able to provide input at their next meeting), we have developed an initial set of strategic directions that align with the four Areas of Distinction of the SOE Visioning Framework. This is considered to be just a starting point for us, and will be revised as input is received from across the SOE.
At this point, your input on the strategic directions will be extremely valuable in helping us continue to shape the directions and targets of the strategic plan. To help facilitate the collection of input, there will be a Town Hall Meeting on:
January 24 from 10:00-12:00 in the EUC Alexander Room
During this meeting, I will present the initial draft of strategic directions and targets and allow for an open discussion of these directions and any others that you feel should be considered. Given that this is early in the strategic planning process, it is an opportune time to share your thoughts on these issues. I hope you are able to attend.
If you are unable to attend, we will be sharing the meeting materials with you and providing an opportunity to submit your input online (details to come shortly).
