Strategic Planning Process Pie Graph – Long Description
A series of teams engaged in this process to guide our strategic planning work. Click below to learn more about our Core Operational Teams and our SOE Community Team.
+ Core Operational Teams
Each Direction of the Strategic Plan has a specific Core Operational Team that: (a) provides leadership and decision-making, (b) oversees implementation of programs and initiatives, (c) helps collect data pertaining to implementation and the progress we’ve made toward achieving our targets, and (d) serves as a liaison to our faculty, staff, and other stakeholder groups. The membership of each Core Operational Team includes representatives from the Dean’s Office, Associate Deans, Department Chairs, or other SOE faculty and staff. Each of the Teams may include other SOE faculty and staff, as needed. Each of the Teams meets on a periodic basis. During meetings, each Team focuses on their associated (or assigned) Strategic Plan Direction.
+ SOE Community Team
The SOE Community Team includes all SOE faculty and staff. Members of the SOE Community Team provide their insights and experiences related to the Strategic Plan through annual (or biannual) All-School or Town Hall meetings. Members of the SOE Community can also provide feedback, insights, ideas, etc. at any time by contacting the SOE Dean or the SOE Director of Assessment. In addition, the SOE Community Team receives periodic updates on Strategic Plan progress and will be provided opportunity to share input on the Strategic Plan at key points throughout the academic year.
