Join LISSA for a Town Hall Meeting for all students in the UNCG LIS Department on Wednesday, October 11th at 5:30PM! Department Chair Lisa O’Connor will give a state-of-the-department address, present the results of the class schedule survey, and take student questions. LISSA President Lily Carden will lead a student discussion about the upcoming ALA accreditation process.
Wednesday evening classes will be delayed/shortened to accommodate this event so that ALL students can participate! We would love to see as many students participate as possible. If you live near Greensboro, you are welcome to join us in room 114 of the Bryan Building – if you are unable to make it to campus, please join our interactive hybrid online livestream!
