We all know that ERM graduates are highly competitive on the job market, and this year has been no exception. Indeed, in the past few months alone, several of our students have been recruited into full-time professional positions while still students in ERM.

Kelli Samonte, a current Ph.D. student, has recently been hired as an Associate Psychometrician with the American Board of Internal Medicine where she is responsible for scoring and other related psychometric activities (e.g., standard setting, item analysis) for three of the internal medicine specialties. In addition, a small portion of her time involves research and development for improved psychometric methods.

Cecilia Sisk, a current Ph.D. student, has assumed the role of Title I Program Evaluator Specialist with Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools where she is responsible for data analysis, evaluation, and associated reporting of Title I programs. She also trains educational leaders on data analysis to aid with their decision making process.

Kim Tidwell, a current M.S./Ph.D. student, has been hired as a Research and Data Analyst with Credo, a comprehensive higher education consulting firm, were she is responsible for the collection, analysis, interpretation, presentation, and reporting of data.

Allison Ames, a graduating Ph.D. student, has been hired into a tenure-track faculty position at James Madison University, where she will be a faculty member with the Assessment and Measurement Program in the Department of Graduate Psychology and also an Assessment Specialist with the Center for Research and Assessment Studies.

Please join us in congratulating these students on their professional accomplishments and wishing them much success in their new positions.
