Biography

Christina O’Connor has worked in the SOE for nine years and during her tenure has coordinated many professional education and K-12 partnership projects, including directing two Teacher Quality Partnership grants and the NC New Teacher Support Program. Prior to coming to UNCG, Dr. O’Connor was an elementary school principal, curriculum facilitator and teacher in the Guilford County Schools for twelve years. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenage children.
