Future Students

No matter if you’re interested in our Teacher Education programs, Higher Education programs, or our Professional Certificates and Licensure programs, in the Department of Teacher Education and Higher Education (TEHE), we are ready to guide you through the process and help you make an informed decision about your education.

Through our rigorous and relevant Teacher Education curriculum, that implements and assesses project-based outcomes, students gain techniques for the promotion of lifelong learning and academic excellence as well as learn to analyze and evaluate teaching and learning principles to meet educational needs.

Grounded in real-world policies and practices, our Higher Education curriculum provides an understanding of how higher education works and how you can be successful in leading and navigating change.

It is our hope that you will leave our program with a strong sense of self, confident in your ability to lead in a field that greatly needs excellent, caring, and innovative leaders.
